Many of you know that I am a career driven person. I am always looking for ways to enhance what I have to contribute, and also teach others cool ways to manage their time.
Can you imagine not having to think about what you're going to have for lunch everyday? Can you imagine the amount of money and calories you could save by preparing your own food at home? What if I told you that two or three hours of one day, during the weekend, could set you up for success throughout your work week?
I started preparing my weekly meals on Sundays a couple of years ago. The goal was to loose weight. This has been a rollercoaster ride for us, but we'll save this discussion for a different time.
I spent a little over a year in a highly stressful environment, and because of this I was too exhausted to focus on me. I admit that I would stress eat or forget to eat all together, then order something very expensive and not good for me. I did all of this to satisfy getting through the hard days.
I want to encourage those who are interested in meal prepping to research companies that sell containers that are designed for this, look at recipes that cater to your taste, and start!
